Coffee Machine Warranty & Service
Espresso machines have consumable parts that need to be replaced due to repetitive use. Our technicians have over 30 years experience. We stock all parts at our warehouse saving you down time. We offer phone support if you have a minor machine issue, we can assist you in fixing the problem with a simple phone call or email.
Standard Warranty Conditions
The standard warranty conditions are 12 Months Parts and 3 Months labour for all Espresso Essential products and routine maintenance is not included. Please refer to your Warranty card for all conditions of this warranty that you would have received upon signing the Warranty registration form. Twelve months parts and labour warranty will apply if using Espresso Essential consumable products exclusively.
Fixed price routine servicing
Routine servicing of your coffee machine will ensure your coffee always tastes great and reduce the down time and repair costs over the life of your machine. We recommend a service is preformed as per the schedule below. Periodic servicing is a condition of our Platinum Cover 3 year warranty.
Includes:
- Parts & labour as per Espresso Essential recommended service schedule. Any parts outside the service schedule that are found to be faulty will be automatically replaced if the machine is under warranty.
- FREE Machine pick up and re-delivery service.*
- A loan machine while your's is serviced.*
- Friendly reminder call to let you that your machine is due for a service

Bronze (Recommended every 6 months)
Re-calibrate and Adjust Grinder
- Check boiler and solenoids
- General clean of Machine
- Check fuses & levels
- Check mixer bowl, O-ring and Mixer blade
- Replace Water Filter
Estimated Cost $130.00 Plus GST* includes inline filter only
Silver (Recommended every 12 months)
- Grinder removed from Machine
- General clean of Grinder
- Replace shower head in group
- Replace O-Ring group
- Replace Expeller & Mixer Assembly
- Inspect grinder blades
- Replace Water Filter
Estimated Cost $210.00 + GST* (Includes parts as listed above)
Gold (Recommended Every 24 Months)
- Solenoids & boiler removed, extensivley cleaned and checked
- Replace O-rings & slugs in solenoids
- Machine picked up and returned to site
- O-Ring replaced in boiler, checked and cleaned.
- Replace Water Filter
- Replace Mixing Bowl Assembly
