“About three years ago we first tasted your coffee and were very impressed and would always buy one when going through the town.
Late in 2007 our Motor Vehicle Dealership had an upgrade to our building which included an upgrade of our Customer Lounge area. We wanted to include coffee making facilities and soooooo loved your coffee we contacted you to ascertain whether the installation of one of your machines would suit our requirements. We were not only impressed with the coffee but also the convenience of your machine. We use the tokens for our customers and then we have been able to set the price that we wish to sell our coffee to staff and passing traffic. It is great that we only have to restock and clean the machine (at our convenience) and do not have to stop work to make coffee for our customers (usually just when you are really busy)
The great coffee is not the only benefit but also the service we receive. We have had no major problems and if we have any queries Espresso Essential is only a phone call away. If a technician is required Nathan is usually here within a couple of days which is very good as we are about 3 hours drive from Brisbane.
The supply of coffee, milk etc is exceptionally good with overnight delivery.
Because of the great service and the taste of the coffee we have no hesitation in recommending (and have done so several times) Espresso Essential coffee machines to people interested in having one of your machines in their workplace etc”
